POMAYBO, INC. was founded by
Dawn M. Pomaybo, President/CEO

Dawn has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pittsburgh in Administration of Justice and is a Certified Paralegal from the Philadelphia Institute for Paralegal Training. She also has a Small Business/Group Benefits Specialist certification.

Before starting Pomaybo, Inc. Dawn accumulated over 12 years of experience in the fields of sales and human resources.

She was a Premier Human Resource Representative for Paychex, Inc. (Rochester, NY), a leading national provider of payroll, human resources, and benefits outsourcing solutions. Using her experience and knowledge of Federal and State labor laws, she analyzed her clients' compliance to labor laws, made recommendations, and helped with the implementation of compliance programs.

As a Strategic Account Executive for IKON Office Solutions (Pittsburgh, PA) she helped her Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 customers with customized integrated business solutions for communications and facilities management. Her responsibilities included providing onsite personnel which allowed her clients to focus on revenue generation rather than on managing employees and the workplace. 

She also was a Territory Manager for the A.B.Dick Company (Niles, IL) where she provided directional support to commercial printers, quick printers and in-plant print shops.
